Membership

Membership of the club is currently open and applications are invited for the following categories. 

With effect from 1st July 2008 the following rates apply:-

These rates are applicable to both male and female applicants. A bar levy of £75.00 is applicacable to all membership categories, with the exception of Junior memberships Where applicable prices are inclusive of VAT.

Ladies Section 

Bloxwich Golf Club has a thriving and friendly Ladies Section.  We meet on Tuesdays to play most of our competitions – medals, trophies, stablefords, and fun competitions. The rest are played at weekends and Sunday is the alternate medal day. 

Thursday mornings are a popular meeting time for 9 or 18 holes, and in summer time Friday evenings are enjoyed with a ball draw.  

Mixed and Ladies friendly matches against other clubs are arranged by the Ladies Section.  They are keenly supported and have become a popular social part of the golfing calendar.

Within the club we have Battle of the Captains (men against the ladies), and play against the Senior Men and Junior sections.  We have several mixed draw for partner competitions as well as mixed trophy events that are followed by a social get together in the dining room.  

Every year we have fun on a Ladies Day out. Different courses each year according to the Lady Captain’s choice.  Whether we go by coach or car we are assured of a great day’s golf.

The club’s social events are popular with friends and partners, many who end up joining and wished they had taken up the game earlier.
